Digital Powder and Anodized Layer Coating Thickness Gauge – Acoustic Testing Pro
Acoustic Testing Pro Digital Powder & Anodized Layer Coating Thickness Gauge is a non-destructive measuring device designed for accurately determining coating thickness on various metal substrates.
Overview
Acoustic Testing Pro Digital Powder & Anodized Layer Coating Thickness Gauge is a non-destructive measuring device designed for accurately determining coating thickness on various metal substrates. This product can measure non-magnetic coatings such as paint, lacquer, enamel, chrome, and zinc on ferromagnetic metals like steel, as well as non-conductive coatings such as paint, anodizing, and ceramics on non-magnetic metals including copper, aluminum, die-cast zinc, and brass. It automatically identifies the type of substrate and switches measurement modes accordingly, making it ideal for manufacturing, metal processing, chemical industries, and quality inspection. This device features self-weighted measurement for stable positioning, dual display screens for easy reading, and multi-point calibration for complex scenarios. Its dual-use probe supports both Fe and NFe measurements, with automatic substrate recognition. It offers high accuracy up to 2%H+1μm and provides a continuous measurement mode with real-time max/min display for larger surfaces. Additionally, this product has built-in memory capable of storing 9 sets of data for convenient tracking and analysis.
