Ultrasonic Thickness Meter High Precision Gauge – Acoustic Testing Pro
Acoustic Testing Pro Ultrasonic Thickness Meter High Precision Gauge is a high-precision instrument designed for accurate measurement of thickness in metals, plastics, glass, ceramics, and composite materials.
Overview
Acoustic Testing Pro Ultrasonic Thickness Meter High Precision Gauge is a high-precision instrument designed for accurate measurement of thickness in metals, plastics, glass, ceramics, and composite materials. This device operates using ultrasonic waves that reflect off the material’s back surface, enabling precise readings from 0.8mm up to 500mm. It features a 0.01mm resolution for measurements under 100mm and 0.1mm for thicker materials, ensuring reliable results across diverse applications. This product supports both single and continuous measurement modes, displaying maximum, minimum, average, and real-time values simultaneously. It includes a coupling indicator, alarm function with adjustable thresholds, and a reverse measurement mode to calculate material velocity for known thicknesses. The device also allows pre-setting sound velocities for common materials or user-defined inputs. Designed for versatility and durability, this device has a detachable probe with a robust metal interface to minimize wear during replacement. It stores up to 100 measurement records and operates efficiently at 0 to 40°C for the host and 0 to 60°C for the probe. Lightweight and portable at just 153g (excluding batteries), it is powered by three AA batteries, providing around 20 hours of continuous operation.
