Acoustic Testing Pro multi-function portable surface roughness tester with wide range is a product that fully complies with the latest ISO international standards. It is a multi-purpose portable instrument for evaluating the surface quality of parts, with multiple parameters in line with multiple national and international standards, and can evaluate the roughness, waviness and original profile of various parts’ surfaces in multiple parameters. It can measure planes, outer cylindrical surfaces, inner hole surfaces and bearing rolls, etc. The surface roughness meter has the characteristics of wide measurement range, stable performance and high precision, and is suitable for production sites, scientific research laboratories and enterprise metrology rooms.
According to the selected measurement conditions, the corresponding parameters are calculated, and the measurement results can be displayed in digital and graphic form on a liquid crystal display, or output to a printer. The portable roughness meter can also be connected to a computer, and the computer analysis software can directly control the measurement operation and provide powerful advanced analysis functions.
