The instrument is calibrated with (BaSO4) McFarland turbidity standard solution and uses MCF (McFarland) McFarland turbidity units. The turbidity value in McFarland units is displayed directly. It is suitable for the determination of bacterial bacterial concentration in medical and health units, biological products, quarantine institutions and scientific research institutions
